Selected work

Real processes.
Working software.

A few systems I’ve built, with concrete delivery figures. Client identities are kept private.

Business group / HR operations

From spreadsheets
to an HR platform.

A custom platform replaced a paid HR SaaS and manual workflows for 71 employees across 4 companies. Benefits calculations read actual absence and vacation records, with regional holidays and justified exceptions.

Validation: meal benefits reconciled exactly against a reconstructed real month across all 4 companies. Automated tests cover the browser and database.

Customer service software

Support quality,
evaluated with AI.

A multi-tenant platform reads real support conversations and scores agents against each client’s own criteria. Includes department-specific SLAs, gap analysis and PDF/CSV reporting.

Production checkpoint: 91 conversations graded across 8 agents, connected to the real support database.

B2B software / Publishing

A publishing engine
connected to the CRM.

A programmatic SEO engine generates and publishes search-targeted pages. Daily Analytics and Search Console data feed a custom dashboard; lead capture flows into the CRM with source tagging.

Delivery checkpoint: 20 pages published and indexed on Google; 49 historical leads migrated with zero failures.

Figures reflect documented delivery checkpoints, not current usage or a promise of future results.

Ways to work together

Start with clarity.
Build what earns its place.

Useful time-zone overlap

I’m based in Brazil, with working hours that overlap the US East Coast for calls and quick decisions.

Fixed price for a clear scope

You own the code, with documentation and handoff so your team can keep moving.

The person behind the work

I’m Junior Heinrichs. I lead an AI Tools unit at a tech company and run Volna, a small studio. My work connects AI to real operations: agents, automations, integrations and internal tools that run in production.

doing by hand?

Bring a workflow, a bottleneck or an idea. We’ll talk through whether it’s worth automating and what a sensible first step looks like.
